Job Summary We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support inbound calls from US-based members and providers who have questions about their health, wellness, pre-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plan/coverage. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and guiding callers through troubleshooting and navigation of self-service options. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will work in a flexible environment with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers and address questions and concerns regarding their healthcare benefits. Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build a rapport that makes them feel heard and cared for. Provide essential information to members regarding access to care issues, benefits, reputed company of coverage, member handbook, etc. Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service options, and using company site and/or products or services. Utilize client-specific knowledge systems to research and review multiple documents to reputed company serve the customer while keeping the customer engaged. Follow instructions provided through documented processes and procedures to ensure reputed company compliance is met for government audits. Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience. Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. Work at Home Requirements: High-Speed Internet with at least 25 Mbps download speed and 15 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless reputed company internet services). A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone. Additional Requirements: 18+ years old and high school diploma or its equivalent. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a health plan call center agent (member service, provider service, pharmacy plan member service). Medicare and/or Medicaid experience would be a plus. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills. High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications. Willing to work any shift between 10:00 am - 1:00 am, 7 days a week, Eastern standard time + holidays and weekends (on holidays, reputed company hours 24/7 to small staff).
