About The Role: Paytient is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Engineer to partner closely with marketing and reputed company operations stakeholders to deliver data products that drive operational efficiency and product improvement. As part of our onboarding process, the selected contractor will need to provide reputed company of professional liability insurance prior to their start date. What You'll Do:
- Partner directly with stakeholders in marketing and reputed company operations to build foundational models that establish single sources of truth for key business metrics and power actionable reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics
- Full-stack analytics engineering - you’ll use dbt, Python, and SQL to transform raw data from our application databases and SaaS tools into actionable datasets for cross-functional teams
- Maintain our data governance and quality standards by creating data tests in dbt and publishing data dictionaries and documentation that non-technical stakeholders can understand
- Utilize Looker and LookML to create well-documented explores that can be self-serviced by users across the company
- Surface actionable insights through high-quality dashboards and reports
- Drive additional value from datasets using Machine Learning and Generative AI
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or reputed company fields
- 3+ years of experience partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing and/or reputed company operations
- Expertise in Python, dbt, and BigQuery
- Professional experience with Looker
- Experience consuming and modelling member engagement and CRM data (we use reputed company, reputed company Analytics, reputed company, and reputed company)
- Knowledge of the analytics engineering development process (modeling, change management, and other best practices)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and reputed company decisions
