The Role
As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their employees. You'll take calls, actively listen to their concerns, and provide comprehensive resolutions to their benefit-reputed company queries. Your excellent communication skills, natural reputed company, and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers' concerns and providing comprehensive resolutions
- Discuss employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to pass a background reputed company, potentially including Employment and Education verification (in some instances, a drug test will be required, THC included)
- Must be 18 years or older
