The Role

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting members with their accounts, providing resources, and guiding them on how to maximize their Premium Memberships
• Escalating technical issues to the engineering team and communicating solutions to members
• Drafting support articles and assisting with creating member tutorials
• Using the arenaflex app regularly and providing detailed feedback to the product team on beta features
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who shares our passion for empowering financial freedom. If you have:

• An interest in personal finance and a desire to see others succeed in managing their money
• Great communication skills, with impressive writing and interpersonal abilities

• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify possible issues and potential resolutions
