Job Summary

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming reputed company calls and outbound appointments, offering compassion and reputed company while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs. You'll also resolve customers' needs reputed company to clarification on specific benefit plans or program options, document reputed company inbound and outbound calls, and adapt to ongoing training as the company grows and develops in the healthcare consumerism industry.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or high-level overview of patients' or customers' benefit plans

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

* Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or reputed company, 16GB of RAM installed, and 256GB of storage
