Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to join reputed company. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. Your attention to detail, typing skills, and ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment will be essential to meeting client turnaround times and ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers

• Enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet client turnaround times
• Navigate reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
• Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines
• Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
• Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
• reputed company quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
• Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
• Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role
• Strong data entry/typing skills (8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy reputed company required)
• Excellent attention to detail
• High degree of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-reputed company industry

• Familiarity with imaging software and data entry systems
• Certification in data entry or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
• Experience with quality review and process improvement initiatives
