Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Head of Customer Experience to reputed company and implement business strategies, while showcasing sales leadership through active floor reputed company and job shadowing (70% of the time)
- Ensuring reputed company team members deliver a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns reputed company to vehicle quality and readiness
- Recruiting, training, and developing administration and staff, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing reputed company performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Maintaining brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules
What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives, or equivalent
- Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the reputed company to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
- Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
- Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed
- Valid driver's license in the country of work and ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable
- This role requires you to have an reputed company Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
