Job Responsibilities

As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
• Monitoring agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized analyses from start to finish
• Building reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Creating, maintaining, auditing, and optimizing reports and documents used to support various programs
• Executing programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

As a Performance Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple reporting tools and databases, including Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, and more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging multiple reporting tools and databases to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
• Monitoring data quality and accuracy, and making improvements as needed
• Collaborating with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer reputed company business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
• Applying advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
• Staying up-to-date with the latest data technology trends and sharing knowledge and best practices with team members

We're Looking for Someone with:

* A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role

• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• A proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, and more
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• A desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python
