Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in the State Disbursement Unit. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures and contact requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Receive calls from child support customers and other stakeholders, responding promptly and professionally following Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
• Process correspondence in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Document correspondence and contacts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements, maintaining accurate and interrelated records
• Complete system and State system updates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements, ensuring seamless operations and compliance

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Knowledge of customer service techniques, including how to handle upset callers and resolve conflicts effectively

Education and Experience

We require:

You should be:

• Fluent in English - Speaking, Reading & Writing
