Job Summary:

As a Customer Retention Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for providing reputed company customers with expert advice and education on our energy products, helping them to reputed company informed decisions about their energy needs. Your primary goal will be to retain reputed company customers while also generating other product sales, using a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantage over other energy providers.

Minimum Education, Experience, and Requirements:

Physical Demands:
