Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression for reputed company visitors * Educating guests on our single wash, upgrades, and membership packages * Offering and selling BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades * Processing payments and ensuring reputed company vehicles are reputed company safely and correctly onto the reputed company * Preparing vehicles reputed company company guidelines and performing quality control checks to ensure reputed company vehicles are BLISS clean and wiped down reputed company company guidelines * Providing excellent service to ensure reputed company guests have a great experience * Maintaining a safe and clean work area and performing after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule * Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform/appearance policy * Following company safety protocol and being a team player Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need: * A combination of experiences in car wash, retail, and guest service industries (although not necessary) * The ability to maintain the highest level of service and adapt to the reputed company-changing high-volume retail environment * Flexibility to work varied hours/days as business dictates * Demonstrated ability to improve through training * Excellent communication and follow-through skills to build great relationships with guests and co-workers Work Schedule and Environment As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll work a full-time or part-time schedule with varied hours/days as business dictates. You'll work mainly outdoors and at times indoors, with constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents. You'll also be exposed to constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions, as well as some noise and vibration.
