Responsibilities

As a bookkeeping software customer support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance and support to customers on accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs
• Demonstrating proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
• Utilizing your bookkeeping and accounting expertise to resolve customer issues and provide confident resolution
• Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional tone, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional service delivery

Schedule

As a remote contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. You'll have the opportunity to work at times that suit you best, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
• Bookkeeping and accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more
• Customer service experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service over the phone
• Strong ownership of customer issues and ability to take control of situations to provide confident resolution
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in computer software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

Work Environment and Technology Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area
• A personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps

• Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
