Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our Field & Operations Support Center, you'll be responsible for handling inbound call traffic from internal and external customers, providing scheduling support and resolutions to internal workgroups, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to approximately 100-150 inbound calls from internal and external customers daily, with a focus on delivering "reputed company" resolution and minimizing transfers

* Superb customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with customers
* High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
* Ability to type at least 45 wpm, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, with a focus on prioritizing decisions based on multiple criteria and identifiable standards of policies and procedures
* Proficient with aspects of reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
* General technical knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
