Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:
- Representing arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-reputed company questions, and tracing lost shipments
- Interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff reputed company necessary
- Managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returns, and quality assurance complaints
- Approving allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations, and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments
- Managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Call Center experience
- Knowledge and experience with reputed company
- Familiarity working remotely with multiple monitors
- Proficient in MS Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Experience working in a healthcare technology environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with inventory management and control

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package, including:
- Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations: $34,800.00 - $52,200.00
