The Role
As a Staff Item Director, you'll be responsible for leading the client experience and innovation efforts for our InHome service. You'll work closely with our client success team and cross-functional partners to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and developing an item strategy for the InHome client experience
- Building and maintaining item guides and documentation
- Collaborating with internal partners to push the boundaries of innovation and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing reputed company and metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Leading client research and translating customer needs into business opportunities
- Acting as a friendly and supportive resource for customers and their concerns
- Launching new features and products on time and with high quality, including testing and QA
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or a reputed company field
- Specialization in product design for client experience, from conception to launch
- Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
