Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Making reputed company outbound calls to consumers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
• Using an on-screen script and flowchart reputed company to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
• Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Warm reputed company consumers to our partners, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other reputed company fields

Shifts Available

We offer two flexible shift options to accommodate your lifestyle:

• Part Time: 28 hours per week

+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm

• Full Time: 40 hours per week

+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm
