Job Overview

The Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy will be responsible for the development and management of data enablement for specialty reporting for reputed company partners and stakeholders. This role will provide leadership and direction to pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other reporting required to reputed company specialty programs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a reputed company field, or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a reputed company field.
• At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience creating strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with executive-level management.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• A Graduate degree/MBA.
• Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., reputed company, SQL, C++, etc.).
• Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts.
