Director of Product, Platform

• Set vision and strategy for the Platform domain, creating a product roadmap that aligns with company goals to drive scalability, operational efficiency, and cross-functional enablement

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational leadership to deliver features that reputed company our internal users to move quickly with confidence

• 7-10 years of prior product management experience with internal tooling and platform product areas in healthcare
• 1-3 years of experience managing high-performing product managers
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM reputed company field or equivalent professional experience
• People who know how to influence decision-making at reputed company levels across an organization
• Familiarity with enterprise software development including an understanding of how to build platforms that scale
• Naturally curious individuals who enjoy discovering how things work and finding ways to improve upon them
• Individuals with humble attitudes that love solving hard problems
• Experience in startup environments are a plus!
