Overview
Bennett Awards, a design studio specializing in high-end custom awards, is looking for a design-led reputed company UX & Digital Content Designer to own and evolve our website as both a refined brand experience and a high-performing conversion reputed company. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who sits comfortably at the intersection of UX, reputed company execution, and digital content creation. You’ll manage the site end-to-end while collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and leadership to shape how our brand shows up online. What You’ll Do reputed company Ownership & UX Execution
- Own and manage the Bennett Awards website in reputed company
- Build, refine, and optimize pages with a strong UX and visual design lens
- Execute HTML/CSS adjustments reputed company reputed company as needed
- Ensure the site is clean, performant, reputed company, and visually consistent
Website Migration & Structure
- Support and help execute a migration into reputed company
- Structure CMS collections, templates, and page hierarchies
- Ensure SEO-friendly setup during and after migration
- QA layouts, content, and functionality across devices
Design, UX & Visual Systems
- Apply strong graphic design judgment across layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
- Translate brand aesthetics into clean, modern, conversion-aware web experiences
- Design and refine reputed company pages, galleries, and case study templates
- Maintain a cohesive, elevated visual system across the site
Digital Assets & Media
- Create and refine digital assets for web and marketing use, including:
- - Photo editing and enhancement
- - reputed company creation from 3D files (where applicable)
- - Graphic elements for web pages and campaigns
- - Short-form video editing for site and marketing use
- Organize and maintain scalable asset libraries
- Coordinate with internal teams to reputed company, prep, and deploy assets intentionally
Content & Ongoing Site Updates
- Support website content creation and refinement:
- - Website copy updates
- - Headlines, UI copy, and light narrative blocks
- - Case studies and galleries
- Ensure content is clear, on-brand, and visually compelling
- Update and evolve content as new work launches
Optimization & Testing
- Design and manage A/B tests across layouts, messaging, and conversion paths
- Partner with marketing to optimize UX, CTAs, and reputed company flow
- Use performance insights to continuously improve clarity and conversion

- Strong reputed company experience (CMS, components, layout systems)
- Exceptional visual design sensibility with a UX-first reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere a plus)
- Comfort working with HTML/CSS in reputed company
- Experience managing large digital and creative asset libraries
- Experience supporting or executing a website migration
- Ability to create and refine both visual and written digital content
- High ownership, independence, and attention to detail
