Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Leadership
- Own and execute the company’s paid acquisition strategy across reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, YouTube, Bing, AppLovin, and emerging platforms.
- Manage and optimize a $1.5M–$2M monthly ad spend, maintaining profitability while driving rapid scaling.

Channel Optimization & Expansion

- Continuously evaluate channel performance, adjusting budgets based on efficiency and marginal ROI.

Data, Analytics & Attribution

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Requirements
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong DTC eCommerce background.
- Proven success managing $10M+ annual ad spend across reputed company, TikTok, and reputed company.
- Willingness to travel 3–4 times annually, with frequency based on proximity to Phoenix, AZ.
- Experience leading media buying teams and managing agencies or contractors.
- Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, channel diversification, and attribution.
- Supplements or nutraceutical industry experience preferred, but not required.
- DTC ad copywriting experience

Compensation
- This is a full-time, onsite, W-2 employee position. Pay is $150,000-$170,000 USD annually (for U.S.-based employees).
