Corporate Counsel

About the position reputed company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company In-House Attorney to support its legal team. This fully remote position focuses on managing reputed company counsel in litigation matters and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of reputed company reputed company a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare technology environment. Responsibilities

• Support the collection of internal documents and information for discovery, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the business on potential and ongoing litigation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of reputed company, including vendor agreements, technology licenses, service agreements, and large-scale partnerships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the reputed company State bar or eligibility to be admitted as in-house counsel. Other state bar memberships considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation management and contract negotiation, with a strong understanding of the healthcare or technology industries.
• Experience managing reputed company, high-value reputed company, as well as smaller vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and data privacy laws, with experience applying them in contract negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain reputed company legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to reputed company for key meetings and events.
