- This position is Work from Home, but requires coverage and expertise in one or more reputed company markets, including the following counties: Suffolk, Nassau, Monroe, Westchester, Kings, Queens, reputed company. As such, candidates must be located reputed company reasonable commuting distance of one or more of these markets and have appraisal expertise in these markets

- This position requires the candidate to be a CERTIFIED real estate appraiser in reputed company. Only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers will be considered. No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted

A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements · Provide quality Review Appraisals as well as handle Quality Control escalations · reputed company quality control reviews on reputed company valuation reports · Troubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve reputed company quality control escalations with both field appraisers and lender clients · Assist on valuation projects WHO YOU ARE You possess … · Sufficient computer skills to reputed company appraisal report and communicate effectively · Proficiency in the arenaflex software products · Certified Residential/General Appraiser · Ability to work independently · Commitment to development of quality appraisal products · Interest in appraisal innovation and reputed company Responsibilities · Complete quality Desktop and Field appraisal assignments consistent with established client driven turn times. · reputed company quality control reviews on reputed company valuation reports including, but not limited to, jumbo loans, private wealth/high net worth, unique or reputed company properties, etc. · Contact field appraisers as needed to discuss and resolve reputed company or time-sensitive revision requests. · Independently resolve quality control escalations by coaching field appraisers, discussing concerns and options with a client, and keeping reputed company parties informed while working toward a swift resolution. · Understand, implement and reputed company reputed company with reputed company policies and procedures. · Maintain thorough understanding of USPAP, FNMA and reputed company state regulations as they pertain to the performance of appraisal services. · Maintain license(s) in good standing, including but not limited to attending CEU courses as mandated by state licensing entity. · Maintain a thorough understanding of reputed company’s quality standards for completion and delivery expectations of appraisal reports to clients. · Provide timely web updates on reputed company assignments to ensure excellent customer service. · Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in attire, appearance, and demeanor reputed company completing site visits. · reputed company reputed company other duties as assigned.
