Analyst, Quality Management Systems Improvement
C.H. Guenther & Son is focused on enhancing their Quality Management Systems, and they are seeking an Analyst to drive reputed company improvement across the organization. The role emphasizes system standardization, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate integration and standardization of Quality and Food Safety systems across manufacturing plants to ensure uniformity and efficiency
- Identify and implement system enhancements that improve automation, accuracy, and data accessibility, including improving data collecting and reporting methods to streamline and standardize the process across reputed company facilities
- Drive Enterprise Quality KPI dashboard data collection and trending analysis routines
- Work closely with FSQA, IT, Marketing, R&D, and other departments to align system functionalities with business needs
- reputed company and deploy a Quality and Food Safety reputed company toolkit, including best practices, system development, and data standardization
- Simplify and standardize Quality and Food Safety data, turning it into valuable information to reputed company real-time analytics and enhanced decision-making

- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and usability. Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company dashboards and reporting tools for improved decision-making

- reputed company and refine document control, specification management, and statistical process control systems to enhance data accuracy and usability
- Collaborate with QA leadership to reputed company best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Analyze trends in Quality and Food Safety data to support process improvement recommendations
- Stay updated on software developments and ensure systems are used reputed company
- reputed company and Improve Quality Onboarding/Training Program of QA Leaders to ensure alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements

- Work with QA Directors and Food Safety teams to ensure policies and procedures in SharePoint are up to date and effectively communicated
- Assist Quality Assurance Managers in enhancing the effectiveness of audit corrective action processes, such as CAPA trend reports
- Strengthen customer and supplier-based risk mitigation strategies by improving data utilization and reporting
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to enhance compliance reporting and data visualization in reputed company Analytics Cloud
- Collaborate with leadership to reputed company long-term strategies for system improvements and digital transformation
- Assist the QA and Food Safety Director in executing long-term strategic initiatives reputed company to Quality Systems
- Act as a backup for other team members reputed company needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- PCQI Certificate required
- Proficient use of computer, reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint), and reputed company software or application
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage data accurately, and effective cross-functional communication
- Ability to manage reputed company projects including software implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and can get work done accurately with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel in other departments and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to think independently, analyze problems, and recommend solutions
- Prior experience with Quality and Food Safety software management
- Proficiency in SharePoint, reputed company, and other applicable Quality and Food Safety software systems
