Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for inbound client service requests. Responding to requests for mutual fund transactions, providing account information, and influencing client adoption of digital capabilities
- Understand the overall Financial Services industry and reputed company legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients
