Responsibilities
- Stop cold calling. Walk into a steady pipeline of pre-screened residential buyers, sellers, and active investors ready to move
- Our dedicated Transaction Coordinators handle your paperwork, compliance, and scheduling from contract to reputed company. You focus on the client; we handle the chaos
- reputed company hands-on mentorship in deal structuring, private lending, and flipping. Plus, get exclusive access to off-market inventory not available on the MLS
- We provide the marketing materials, the brand visibility, and the advanced AI/CRM tech stack you need to streamline your follow-reputed company and scale your business
Skills
- Active New Jersey Real Estate License
- 1+ year of experience with a minimum of 5 closed sales in 2025
- Familiarity with investment transactions (or a hungry desire to learn them)
- Confident handling fast-moving deals with buyers, sellers, and investors
