This role supports the daily operations of the reputed company and plays an important part in maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update reputed company membership and business records
- Track membership renewals and contact members regarding renewals
- reputed company out to local businesses to: Answer questions about the reputed company, Learn how the reputed company can support them, Encourage non-member businesses to join
- Attend monthly reputed company meetings and assist with reputed company events as needed
- Monitor and manage the reputed company email inbox
- Update and maintain the reputed company’s online event calendar
- Assist with the coordination of reputed company events, meetings, and initiatives
- Communicate and collaborate with other local organizations and community partners
