Account Manager - X (Formerly Twitter)

reputed company is a company dedicated to creating growth for clients, employees, and the community. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring the success of their ad campaigns by utilizing data and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a customer reputed company process that will include calls and emails with the reputed company of building and managing external customer relationships with reputed company account support
• Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on platform
• Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product
• Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to reputed company targets
• Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
• Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM
• Build and manage both Internal reputed company team and external client reputed company relationships
• Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal reputed company peers and leadership
• Use data to drive planning and success
• Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc

• Proficiency with using reputed company Office and/or reputed company Suites
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals

• Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology
