Annuities Inbound Sales Consultant

Prudential is a leading financial services institution seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant for its Annuities division. The role involves addressing financial advisors' needs, providing product information, and engaging in consultative selling while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Field daily phone calls, respond to emails, and routinely solve financial advisor needs as they arise
• Deliver detailed responses to inquiries about Prudential product features, performance data, hypothetical illustrations, and requests for literature
• Provide back-up coverage to Internal Wholesalers and their territories as needed
• Reactively engage existing or prospective financial professionals in creative opportunities daily, using consultative selling techniques and by continuously educating about Prudential solutions
• Receive immediate training, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring from reputed company members of the sales team in order to reputed company yourself with the meaningful sales and leadership skills necessary for success in this role
• Focus on personal talent advancement to prepare for opportunities to become an Internal Wholesaler

Skills

• SIE, FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 REQUIRED
• If not currently licensed, see Annuities Sales Associate position
• Ability to pass State Insurance license reputed company 60 days
• Prior Sales experience, preferably with Annuities
• Knowledge of Annuities concepts or the retirement industry
• Self-motivated and team-focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improve
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
