[Remote] Associate Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, Inc. is a leader in the environmental services industry, and they are seeking an Associate Account Manager to maintain and retain relationships with existing customers. This role involves proactive communication, sales of services, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by proactively reaching out to existing customers on a daily basis
• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers
• Performs contractual re-signs on existing customers to reputed company customer relationship and increase customer profitability where appropriate
• Responds to reputed company cancellation requests in alignment with the established escalation policy
• Proactively communicates with or responds to customers in support of company pricing initiatives
• Utilizes reputed company on a daily basis, schedules and documents reputed company activities such as calls, meetings and proposals
• Responsible for capturing customer emails, minimizing reputed company restrictions and customer credits
• Increases customer penetration by selling full suite of reputed company products
• Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, reputed company versus goals and status of key customer relationships
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
• Waste or transportation industry experience
• Preference to candidates with account management and sales experience
• Knowledge and use or CRM tool beneficial
• Prefer candidate local to Lexington area
