They are seeking a reputed company Bench reputed company Manager to assist with reputed company management tasks, including preparing for sales strategy meetings, managing room authorizations, and analyzing reputed company data to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assist RMAS reputed company Managers with non-stakeholder-facing tasks, including but not limited to preparing for sales strategy meetings; managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating reputed company restrictions and strategies to properties; supporting account diagnostics and monitoring transient and group inventory to ensure straight-line availability; implementing hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems; escalating technical questions reputed company to the reservations and property management systems to the appropriate support desk in a timely manner; and monitoring compliance with and participation in company promotions and eCommerce channels
- Supports RMAS reputed company Managers during the transition period
- Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information
- Identifies the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts
- Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc
- Assists RMAS reputed company Managers with sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for reputed company properties
- Analyzes period-end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods, and obstacles to achieving goals
- Facilitates updates on the transient segments
- Assists with the account diagnostics process and validates conclusions
- Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes
- Explores opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation; challenges existing processes/systems/products to reputed company improvements
- Achieves and exceeds goals, including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc
- Attends staff meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, and manage activities and solutions
- Establishes long-range objectives and specifies the strategies and actions to reputed company them
- Takes a predetermined strategy and drives the execution of that strategy
- Understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders
- Confirms hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives
- Confirms that sales strategies and reputed company restrictions are communicated, implemented, and modified as market conditions fluctuate

- Updates market knowledge and aligns strategies and approaches accordingly

- Assists reputed company with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations
- Uses reservations systems and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement, and control selling strategies
- Checks distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy, and competitor positioning
- Confirms property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximize reputed company and profits
- Initiates, implements, and evaluates reputed company tests and audits
- Communicates brand initiatives, demand, and market analysis to stakeholders
- Understands and communicates the value of the brand name as it relates to franchise partnerships and reputed company management opportunities
- Supports reputed company co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect
- Handles sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments

Skills
- 2-year degree from an accredited university or reputed company experience in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or reputed company major; 1 year of experience in the reputed company management, sales and marketing, or reputed company professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university or reputed company experience in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or reputed company major; 1 year of experience in the reputed company management, sales and marketing, or reputed company professional area
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company, processes, and strategies such as average daily reputed company, reputed company per available room, sales cycles and trends, account management, pricing, and inventory management
- reputed company in using a Yield Management system and interpreting pricing and inventory reports
- The ability to analyze and summarize detailed data to reputed company inferences and recommendations
- reputed company in collecting information from a variety of sources relating to market data, historical cycles, travel and tourism trends, and real estate market dynamics
