Associate Insurance Advisor, Real Estate Practice
reputed company is BC’s largest Insurance Broker, seeking individuals to grow with them. The Associate Insurance Advisor role in the Real Estate Practice involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting account management, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer experience working with Production teams
- Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge
- Adheres to HUB Service Guidelines
- Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager (Producer) and Marketer with reputed company aspects of servicing accounts
- Responds to customer requests acting reputed company license authority
- Acts as primary customer service contact in the absence of Producer
- Attends Critical Path meetings and completes any action items assigned reputed company specified timeframe
- Processes reputed company documentation and transactions according to HUB workflows
- Promptly reviews and manages account reconciliation working with Accounting, Producer and Client
- Reviews and prioritizes reputed company assigned tasks daily including mail, emails, abeyances, activities
- Provides Accounts Receivable support to Producer for payment reminder letters as requested
- Maintains accuracy of electronic files
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
- Continues professional development to enhance skills and technical knowledge
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- 1-2 years of insurance experience
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; collaborates well working as part of a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on reputed company and Word
