[Remote] Servicing Vendor Specialist

The Servicing Vendor Specialist is responsible for the daily review, approval, and documentation of repossession assignments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company comprehensive daily reviews of accounts identified for repossession to confirm they reputed company with state and federal regulations, including assessing each account’s eligibility for repossession
- Approve or reject repossession assignments based on established guidelines and account details
- Serve as the final checkpoint to ensure reputed company regulatory requirements are met, including proper documentation and notices
- Accurately document reputed company actions taken on accounts, including approvals, rejections, and compliance checks
- Maintain detailed and organized records to support audits, compliance reviews, and operational reporting
- Identify and escalate reputed company or high-risk cases to management for further review
- reputed company and maintain a comprehensive understanding of collections, loss mitigation, and repossession processes
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in auto finance operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle account issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Knowledge of state and federal repossession and collection laws
- Experience in the finance or credit industry
