They are seeking passionate Financial Services Consultants who will provide guidance and support to participants regarding retirement plans and financial education, while also having opportunities for career growth reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Establishes rapport quickly with participants, setting them at ease and providing direction regarding financial transactions and long-term asset planning
- Understands participant needs and outlines appropriate solutions leveraging TIAA products and services, explaining viable options using clear and simple explanations
- Answers participant questions by communicating financial plan details and providing further explanation reputed company necessary
- Executes transactions and service requests on behalf of participant
- Maintains records of reputed company participant interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, as well as banking service transactions performed
- Refers participant to business partners reputed company appropriate to help participant achieved their desired outcome

- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- Banking, Call Center, Customer Service or Sales experience is helpful (though again, not required)
