[Remote] Account Manager - Analyst

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day PBM operations, acting as the main reputed company of contact for clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of client requests through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Issue tracking - Engaging internal departments and client resources to work on outstanding issues from start to resolution while providing routine updates to the client
- Driving Practical & Creative Solutions – Critically thinking about reputed company situations to find optimal outcome
- Engaging Appropriate Resources – Discuss information at varying degrees of complexity, at varying stages of progression, and engage internal or client resources best appropriate to drive issue resolution
- Work reputed company Deadlines and Client Guarantees- Drive resolution reputed company a timely manner and ensure that reputed company Client Performance Guarantees are met
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance
- Prior Healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts
- Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans
