They are seeking an e-Billing Assistant to reputed company data entry tasks reputed company to e-Billing timekeeper and invoice submissions, collaborate with internal teams, and assist with various clerical tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Data entry tasks reputed company to e-Billing timekeeper submission
- Follow-reputed company relating to timekeeper approvals
- Collaboration with internal teams regarding timekeeper submission issues and/or rejections
- Data entry tasks reputed company to e-Billing invoice submission
- Data entry reputed company to other team initiatives including (but not limited to) team work assignments, approved timekeeper submissions, annual reputed company increases, departmental training, departmental standards
- Other data entry and clerical tasks as required
Skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word, Outlook) required
- Excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, while meeting deadlines with shifting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
