They are seeking a Quality Foto Claims Auto Adjuster who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, and negotiating settlements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately reputed company claims in accordance with business unit best practices
• Investigates basic and occasionally moderately reputed company files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss
• Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately reputed company claims
• Collaborates with repair shops if there is an existing estimate to reconcile differences and reputed company an agreement on repairs
• Provides inbound call support and maintains reputed company phone availability
• Processes claims payments and pays appropriate parties
• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process

Skills

• Under general supervision, the Quick Foto Claims Auto Adjuster is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired
• The individual inspects vehicle damage from photos, writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately reputed company settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use
• Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately reputed company claims in accordance with business unit best practices
• Investigates basic and occasionally moderately reputed company files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss
• Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately reputed company claims

• As a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets
