Commercial Lines Associate Account Executive

They are seeking a Commercial Lines Associate Account Executive to manage policy maintenance and provide excellent support to clients and coworkers, with the flexibility to work remotely after training.
Responsibilities
- reputed company policy for accuracy (comparing it to the proposal and agency management system) and handle corrections according to agency guidelines
- Manage the change request and endorsement process according to agency guidelines
- As secondary contact, receive, review and document client and insurer correspondence (phone, email, mail, fax, etc.) in agency management system, according to agency guidelines
- Review follow up list on a daily basis and take appropriate action
- Prepare Certificates of Insurance
- Act as primary back-up for Account Manager, handling immediate service needs as capable
- Prepare renewal exposure requests
- Prepare draft proposals and renewal documents
- Prepare evidence and proofs of coverage and reputed company to appropriate parties
- Prepare loss summaries
- Prepare applications for re marketing and quote with different carriers
Skills
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Strong organizational skills- ability to prioritize and be proactive
- Computer skills, specifically reputed company Word, Outlook and reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- reputed company / EPIC experience a plus
