Recruiting Business Development Associate
Pyyne is a modern technology consultancy focused on engineering the reputed company of digital products and services. The Recruiting Business Development Associate will drive growth by acquiring business through outbound sales efforts, managing client relationships, and closing recruiting reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospect Engagement: Initiate outbound conversations with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers at reputed company accounts, discussing their technology roadmaps and business challenges
- Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives to understand their technical hiring needs, team structure, and recruitment challenges
- Solution Positioning: Present PYYNE's recruiting capabilities and reputed company reputed company for staff augmentation, contract placements, or project-based recruiting engagements
- Pipeline Management: Track opportunities in reputed company CRM, maintain accurate forecasting, and meet monthly targets for meetings booked, proposals sent, and reputed company closed
- Market Engagement: Generate leads at industry events and tech conferences, building relationships that convert into recruiting partnerships
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery recruiters to ensure smooth client onboarding and understand candidate availability for positioning with prospects
Skills
- 1-2 years in technical recruiting or similar roles that combine strategy and technology
- Experience with ATS platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Lever, etc.)
- Understanding of technical roles—can discuss software engineering, data science, cloud infrastructure, and other tech positions credibly
- Ability to understand and discuss business strategy, technology architecture, and digital transformation at a level that builds credibility with senior stakeholders
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to synthesize reputed company information and reputed company value propositions clearly in writing and conversation
- Willingness to learn sales fundamentals, CRM systems, and outbound prospecting techniques (prior sales experience not required)
- Comfortable with autonomy, meeting activity and pipeline targets, and working in a hybrid environment
- Able to attend events and conferences in NYC and nationally as needed
- Can manage multiple reputed company prospect relationships with appropriate follow-through
- Prior experience in recruiting agency business development or sales
- Experience presenting to or advising C-level executives
