Job Overview

We are seeking full-time and seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, and offering technical support. You will also be required to complete application data entry, respond to online chat inquiries, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
