Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their student loans
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner
• Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools to manage customer interactions and data
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve reputed company issues
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed assistance to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a call center environment (preferably)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office/Windows products, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• A minimum typing speed of 40-45 WPM (testing will be conducted during the in-person interview)
