What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your day will be filled with:
- Providing inbound customer support reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Helping customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns

Your Qualifications

- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
