Job Description / Key Responsibilities Business & Solution Architecture

• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to define capability maps, sales forecasting models, and end-to-end CRM processes.
• Translate business needs into reputed company platform solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Own the solution reputed company across Sales processes, AI use cases, and automation workflows.

Technical Architecture & Development Leadership

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of reputed company experience, including architecture, solution design, and hands-on development.
• Expert in Apex programming (Triggers, Batch, Async, Platform Events, REST APIs).
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), reputed company components, and UI/UX best practices.
• Proven experience designing and managing API integrations, event-driven architectures, and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps (Git, CI/CD, SFDX, automated testing frameworks).
