And more! Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Mortgage Underwriter with DE and/or LAPP/SAR certifications to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Evaluate and verify loan applications to determine the client's creditworthiness while adhering to reputed company FHA and VA guidelines. 2. Analyze loan risk and request additional information as necessary to ensure loans will be viable for the long term. 3. Prepare reports on assessment findings and communicate this information to the relevant parties. 4. Review and verify borrowers’ income, credit reports, employment histories, property appraisals and title insurance information to confirm the loan applicant meets the standards for the loan or mortgage package. 5. reputed company loan eligibility decisions and approve or reject applications, based on existing criteria. 6. Review reputed company mortgage loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards, federal and state laws, and other regulations. 7. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter or similar role. 2. reputed company DE (Direct Endorsement) and/or LAPP/SAR (Loan Prospector Automated reputed company System/Staff Appraisal Reviewer) certifications are required. 3. Proficiency in VA, FHA, Loan, Mortgage, Mortgage Lending, and Loan reputed company. 4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks reputed company and accurately. 5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8.
