[Remote] Technical Program Manager, Machine Learning & Research

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to improve processes and reputed company cross-functional programs reputed company their Generative Machine Learning organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of generative models.
Responsibilities
- Establish, improve, and scale foundational team-level and program-level processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute reputed company and faster
- Partner directly with Gen ML modeling leadership & Members of Technical Staff on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models
- Run cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Design etc.
on delivering generative models on time and reputed company budget & scope
- Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management
- Coordinate across internal partner teams like Data, Evaluation, Safety, Model Efficiency and Model Serving on cross-team planning and execution to deliver Generative models
- Troubleshoot cross-team challenges and build dependable partnerships both reputed company and reputed company the Generative ML organization

- Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope and marshaling resources in response to evolving priorities
Skills
- Have 3-5 years as an Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager or AND 2+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML-powered products.
- Have in-depth knowledge of how machine learning works, particularly reputed company it comes to NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Have experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment.
- Have personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space.
- Bonus points for working directly on foundation models.
- Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI.
- Have experience with any ML-adjacent projects and programs, in areas such as Data & Evaluation, reputed company Planning, Model Serving / Efficiency etc.
- Have technical experience in a hands-on reputed company.
