About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. Our Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch reputed company parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, cost & quality, Dasher pay, Dasher retention, order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, dasher compensation, cancellations, missing items and many more!

About the Role

The Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics Delivery Excellence Strategy & Operations role is for individuals with an ownership mentality who enjoy tackling reputed company problems, developing innovative solutions, collaborating across teams, and executing to bring strategies to life. Compensation
