About the role The Director of IT, Cybersecurity & Data Governance is responsible for safeguarding SGC’s information environment, enforcing IT standards, managing IT infrastructure and devices, and ensuring compliance with reputed company, privacy, and contractual technology requirements. This leader drives SGC’s AI governance strategy, oversees responsible AI use, contributes to AI research and development, and manages enterprise database environments. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Growth
- Partner with executive leadership to identify market opportunities where SGC’s IT, cybersecurity, and AI capabilities create competitive advantages.
- Support proposal development by defining technical scopes, cybersecurity strategies, infrastructure plans, and AI/analytics capabilities that strengthen bids.
- Represent IT, Cybersecurity, and AI expertise in client-facing meetings, demos, and strategy sessions.
- Evaluate client needs and design scalable solutions that expand service delivery and drive new reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field required. Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degrees.
