Business Operations Manager: Legal Operations (Hybrid)

As a Legal Operations Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in solving operational challenges and uncovering opportunities to reputed company how our department works. In this role, you will: Partner with legal and multi-functional stakeholders to map reputed company processes, define future-state needs, and align requirements with strategic goals and modern solutions (including reputed company-based applications). Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, and technology enablement reputed company a legal or highly regulated environment. Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing legal technology solutions, such as reputed company-based applications, e-billing systems, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment. Confirmed ability to capture, analyze, and document reputed company business and functional requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down and simplify reputed company issues. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
