What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative-Remote, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving routine problems and questions reputed company to our clients' products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Offering additional products and/or services

- 1+ year of customer service experience

- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
