Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities:

* Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems

• Work with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve issues and provide product information
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and providing timely and accurate responses
• Utilize strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Collaborate with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems
• Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Answer pricing and product inquiries
• Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes

Requirements:
