Job Overview
As an reputed company Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll work in a designated retail location, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities
Some of your key duties may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old, with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- To be able to reputed company physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- To stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
